"quality, not quantity" is our motto. We make sure
to provide our models with the best service possible by putting
them in the front and center of every publication or event,
hence the name "Front".
The fashion industry has not seen the success and celebrity
of a "supermodel" since the girls of the mid 90's.
Getting a model booked for a job is not a difficult task at
FRONT MANAGEMENT, but the task
of having a model become a household name is what is currently
lacking in the industry in general. This is what will put
models back on the cover of the major fashion magazines and
drive up demand.
A necessity at
FRONT MANAGEMENT is to nurture
the relationships between the agency and its talent. We have

Modeling is a youthful business, and we have a youthful spirit
